Commercial Property Lawyers
Our Commercial Property lawyers understand the challenges that come with commercial property transactions, they provide legal advice that's focussed and practical for a range of real estate clients from experienced Estates Managers, Developers and Investors to clients renting out property for the first time. They take time to understand the client's commercial objectives and offer pragmatic and jargon free advice covering all aspects of commercial property law.
Partner, and Head of Commercial Property, Steve McGuigan, is looking to bolster the commercial property offering in Bristol by recruiting a number of lawyers of varying experience levels. We're keen to get the right lawyers on board, where you're based or what hours you work and whether from home or the office is secondary so plenty of flex for the right lawyers.
Could this be your next career move?
Whilst you'll ideally be based in Bristol as part of a national team you'll be supporting our work for national clients. This means your work will be varied supporting our growing team acting for corporates (particularly in the real estate, aerospace, energy and banking sectors), charities, public sector bodies, schools and universities. With our support you'll develop your skills, build client relationships, contribute to business development opportunities and supervise junior colleagues.
This opportunity will see you play an integral role supporting our innovation as we move into an exciting phase of developing software products to support our clients. And as the team continues to grow, and your career develops, you'll play an active role in recruitment to help bring further talent into the firm.
Why choose us?
With around 450 employees we're a sizeable firm that still continues to grow, known for its friendly and welcoming culture where team work and collaboration is key.
For safety at this time our people are working remotely, though everyone is looking forward to getting back to the office at least part time, where our lovely culture is clear to see. We work hard but we also have fun and we're missing that social interaction with each other that really embeds our culture. That said, we have video meeting capability so we can still stay in contact as much as possible. This unusual time has proved we can work effectively as a business from home if needs be, so whilst we don't yet know how things will look when we return to our offices, what we do know now, is we can discuss the individual flexible needs for every employee and team without agility barriers.
We offer a competitive salary, holiday allowance that increases after 12 months with the firm, contribute to your pension pot, have an informal dress code which allows you to dress appropriately for your day no matter what day it is, give you private healthcare and life assurance, as well as offering a range of discounts with local businesses and with so many excellent internal training programmes on offer to everyone it's so easy to develop and improve your skills.
We’re passionate about creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity, we're striving to create an environment where everyone, regardless of background, can reach their full potential.
So who are we hoping will apply?
