Is this your next career move?
By identifying the relevant legal issues applicable to a transaction and providing accurate, focussed advice which is clear and concise, you'll develop strong relationships with clients and Banks as you take the lead to centralise and refine the process of freehold and leasehold transactional work and bank funding so you can develop the expertise and know-how needed to run transactions well and efficiently. Internally, you'll raise your personal profile within the firm and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives and business development opportunities to identify networking and introduce new business to the firm.
