We are looking for a Credit Controller to cover maternity leave on a 12 month fixed term contract in Bristol.

Are you a motivated and focussed credit controller eager to join a friendly and supportive team? With the current staff member commencing maternity leave from August, you will ideally be available to join us from July to ensure you have a valuable handover. Your main objective is to operate the credit control process to ensure timely recovery of bills.
You'll certainly be kept busy with a variety of tasks such as agreeing instalment payment terms with clients, taking telephone payments, monitoring monies held on client accounts, review of bad debt and more. If you are bursting with ideas about improvements to processes or systems, the Credit Manager is more than happy to hear them and support them.

So who are we hoping will apply?
You'll ideally have a minimum of two years credit control experience within a professional firm. Your professional phone manner will definitely come in handy when dealing with queries both internally and externally. Enjoy working in a team as well as using your own initiative? If so, this role may be perfect for you. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office software will also help you succeed.
