HR Advisor

We have a vacancy for an experienced HR Advisor to join our growing team. We are an enthusiastic HR team with our people at the centre of everything we do. VWV is a forward-thinking firm, with continued ambitious plans for growth. The HR team is central to VWV achieving its strategic goals and this is a great opportunity for an proactive HR professional to really make a difference. The HR team is going through a period of change and this is an exciting time to join the team and help determine our direction for the future.

Working in our supportive HR team, this role will provide HR advice to colleagues and managers across the business. The HR team provide support to all of our offices and this role will be primarily focused on our Bristol and Birmingham locations. No two days are the same, and you'll thrive on a  busy, varied range of HR work, both transactional and proactive in nature.
