Marketing Administrator

Job Introduction

We're currently recruiting for a Marketing Administrator to join the Marketing Communications Team in Bristol to provide support with the preparation and reporting on external and internal communications.

This vacancy provides the perfect entry for anyone looking to embark on a career in marketing as you'll have overall responsibility for undertaking marketing admin tasks in addition to preparing marketing collateral.

The data processing element of the role will see you maintain the firm's CRM system (Infor), produce monthly website stats using Google Analytics and co-ordinate a report on the firm's Client Feedback Project in addition to maintaining other marketing data using Excel.

Plus you'll also have involvement with content distribution as you help to draft, publish and maintain website content, post content to our various social media channels, prepare client mailings, fix broken links and update literature using Adobe InDesign.  And if that's not enough you'll also get to take and process employee photos.

So who are we hoping will apply?

As you can see from the above, it's a busy role so you'll need to have first rate organisational and prioritisation skills with solid attention to detail and be someone who feels at home inputting data on a spreadsheet.  You'll also have great communication skills and be confident speaking to clients regarding site issues.  If this sounds like you and you have experience in any of the following, then we're really hoping to hear from you:

  • Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Smartsheet, or Salesfusion
  • Website CMS, such as Joomla or Wordpress
  • CRM system (such as Infor)
