Regulatory Compliance Lawyer

In today's climate we've seen increased demand for our support so we're looking to the grow the team by recruiting an experienced lawyer at Associate or Senior Associate level. 

Could this be your next career move?

You'll get to work with the largest national provider of specialist legal services to education sector clients.  You'll assist clients with the implementation, maintenance and review of policies and procedures and contracts, advise on the management of relationships and communications with regulators and inspectorates and help them with complaints and claims. 

You'll develop your personal profile within the firm and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives.  You'll take your share of supervising and developing the team, recognising not just your own training needs but that of the team also.  You'll contribute to business development opportunities and identify networking to help introduce new business to the firm.  And as the team continue to grow, you'll play an active role in recruitment to help bring further talent into the firm.

So who are we hoping will apply?

Whilst it's likely you'll have at least 4years PQE, we have no set in stone post qualification years attached to our job titles as for us it's more about hitting the standards we set for our Associates and Senior Associates.

The ideal would be to receive an application from a lawyer with a regulatory compliance and litigation background, and even better someone with experience of any of the following sectors, education, charities or healthcare.  That said, we're openminded as value a diversity of experience, though an interest in education and safeguarding is essential.

From which of our office locations you're based doesn’t matter, what does matter is your ability to identify relevant legal issues applicable to a case and determine an appropriate strategy in the light of these.  Also important will be you passion for supervision and performance management which will make you proud to promote the expertise of the team.
